Golf Tournament 2025 Registration Page

When: Monday, 2 June 2025
Lunch: 10:30am
Tee-off: 11:30am (shotgun start)
Dinner: 5:00pm
Where: Conestoga Golf and Country Club, 400 Golf Course Rd, Conestogo, ON
Cost: $175 per person, which includes green fees, golf cart, lunch, and dinner.
Early Bird Cost: $165 per person (pay before May 12th)

Please complete this registration form for yourself and up to three additional golfers in your group. If you cannot provide a full group of four, we will match you with other golfers to complete a foursome.

Step One: Register

Registration is open on March 31, 2025. Register at this link.

Step Two: Payment

Click the button below to pay by credit card or PayPal. Please pay for all members of your group at once by selecting the appropriate number of $165 fees (until May 12th). You may also send an Interac e-transfer to business@concordia-seminary.ca (specify “Golf Tournament Registration” in the memo field). If you are paying by cheque, your cheque must be received at the seminary by Friday, 16 May, 2025.
Note that free registrations are available with certain sponsorships (see below)

If you would like to purchase a dinner ($50) without golf for a spouse or friend, e-mail Maria (reception@concordia-seminary.ca) and send payment by e-transfer to business@concordia-seminary.ca or by cheque in the mail.
