“You yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house.” (1 Peter 2:5)
In this year’s Thanksgiving letter we’re highlighting our theme verse for the year. We are thankful to be celebrating our 50th Anniversary.
The student profile highlights one of our MDiv students, Andrew Hayes, who was drawn to theological study through
the scriptural roots of hymns. Andrew hopes to become a pastor who gives “God’s gifts to His people” through Word and Sacrament.
Music remains part of that vision: he would also like to help train another generation of church musicians, sharing the riches of Lutheran hymnody and worship.
Please support the seminary’s work for the Church and its students by donating as a sacrifice of thanksgiving: Support Us.
